H2O Student Ministries seeks to be a refuge for students to be able to find a connection with God, the church, each other and the world. Being Here 2(to) Obey means so much more than just following the rules, it is about relationships. Our main resource is H2O CONNECTION which meets on Sunday nights at 6:00pm until 8:15pm where we have Hang time with each other, worship, sharing of God’s Word, fun activities, games, and sometimes food (no promises but it does happen). Pastor Doug and our leaders (adult and student) have created a teen friendly environment in which to develop those crucial connections that are needed to become a Man or Woman who LOVES GOD, LOVES OTHERS, AND is ready to SERVE. The first Friday of every month, we have a special Youth Outing. We are also about families, so on the first Sunday of every month, we cancel The CONNECTION to encourage teens and their families to spend time together. We are calling it FAMILY CONNECTION NIGHT. Another opportunity is on Sunday Mornings from 11:15am-12pm in our Junior High, High School, And Young Adult class that meets in the Youth room. We also participate in special events such as New York District Youth Convention, Flower City Work Camp, Fine Arts, concerts, New Year’s Overnighter, sport events, retreats, etc.
